BI-RADS分级诊断标准在乳腺疾病超声诊断中的应用 被引量:26

摘要 目的探讨BI-RADS分级诊断标准在彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺疾病中的应用价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声对49例乳腺疾病患者(61个病灶)进行乳腺检查,并用BI-RADS分级诊断标准进行超声分级诊断。结果 61个乳腺病灶中BI-RADS2级4个,病理学证实良性4个(100.00%);BI-RADS3级21个,病理学证实良性16个(76.19%),恶性5个(23.81%);BI-RADS4级23个,病理学证实良性8个(34.78%),恶性15个(65.22%);BI-RADS5级13个,病理学证实良性0个,恶性13个(100.00%)。结论在乳腺彩色多普勒超声检查中,应用BI-RADS分级诊断标准可以对乳腺病灶进行良恶性的风险评估,有助于临床制定进一步的诊疗措施。
