摘要 目的:分析测定露兜簕中氨基酸及无机微量元素种类和含量。方法:采用柱前衍生液相色谱法和等离子体原子发射光谱仪等分析测定露兜簕所含氨基酸和微量元素。结果:露兜簕含有20种无机微量元素和16种氨基酸,其中必需氨基酸7种。结论:露兜簕含有多种人体必需氨基酸和微量元素,为该药材药效物质基础和质量标准提供参考数据。 Objective: To analyze amino acids and inorganic elements in the roots of Pandanus tectorius Soland. Methods: The contents of amino acids and inorganci elements were respectively determined by using pre - column derivatization HPLC method and in- ductively coupled plasma- atomic emission spectrometer. Results: Twenty inorganic elements and sixteen amino acids were detected from the roots of P. tectorius. Seven amino acids were essential to human life. Conclusion: There are abundant essential amino acids and inorganic elements for man kind in P. tectorius, the generated data has provided the chemical basis for. understanding of effective components and for quality control of this plant.
