摘要
为适应我国高速铁路发展的需要,开发了动车组高速列车用6005A铝合金车体型材,通过试验研究,优化了合金成分配比,确定了公司内部合金成分控制标准,优化了挤压工艺参数和模具设计、制造方案。生产出了内部组织和力学性能合格的高速列车用的6005A铝合金车体型材。
With the development of high-speed rail track, it is very important to develop extrusion production technology of 6005A aluminum alloy profile used for CRH highspeed train vehicle. The alloying ingredients have been optimized. The chemical composition stand ard of the company has been settled. The extrusion technology parameters, die design and manufacture for producing 6005A aluminum profiles have been optimized as well. Therefore the excellent quality 6005A profiles to be used for CRH high-speed train vehicle have been produced. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the profiles can satisfy the re- quirement of the market.
