摘要
根据南四湖流域的情况,用博弈论的分析方法来研究保护水资源的保护者和有关政府补偿的行为决定。最初分析的结果有一个共同的特点:即博弈的纳什均衡是不保护,不补偿。如何改变这一模型的结果,以获取期待的平衡,提高水资源保护的效率。经讨论得出应建立法律,制定严格的惩罚标准,才能出现期望的均衡,从而达到保护南四湖流域生态的目的。
Based on the situation in Nansi Lake basin, the analytic method of game theory was adopted to study the protectors of water resources and the governmental compensation decisions. The outcomes of this analysis had one common characteristic : Nash equilibrium meant no protec- tion and no compensation. In order to change the outcome of this model, obtain a new equilibrium and improve the efficiency of water resource protection, the paper proposed to make a reasonable law and formulate strict punishment rules, so as to protect the ecology of Iqansi Lake basin.
