摘要
[目的]对甜樱桃不同冠层部位的生理辐射光谱及果实品质进行研究。[方法]应用光纤光谱仪测定甜樱桃不同冠层部位的生理辐射光谱组成,并对不同冠层部位的果实品质进行测定分析。[结果]甜樱桃从树冠上层到下层,从外部到内部,生理辐射总辐射及光谱组成成分强度呈显著或极显著降低,果实单果重、VC、可溶性固形物(TSS)和总糖含量均显著或极显著下降,有机酸含量显著上升,但可食率相近。树冠内生理辐射强,利于果实增大和VC、TSS、总糖含量的增加,但不利于有机酸积累。[结论]甜樱桃植株树冠越高大,树冠下层和内部的生理辐射强度越差,不利于光合积累,果实品质也越差;该研究为甜樱桃的整形修剪等提供了理论依据。
[ Objective ] The physiological radiation spectrum and fruit quality in different canopies of sweet cherry tree were studied. [ Method] Optical fiber spectrum was applied to determine the physiological radiation spectrum in different canopies of sweet cherry tree. The fruit quality in different canopies was determined. [ Result] The results showed that from the top part to the lower part and from the outer part to inner part of sweet cherry canopy, the physiological radiation intensity and ratio of short wave light reduced significantly, while ratio of long wave light increased. Fruit mass, Vc, TSS and total sugar content were significantly decreasing, while organic acid content increasing, but the fruit ed- ible percent was similar. Fttrthermore, the physiological radiation intensity was strong, fruit mass, TSS, Vc and total sugar content increased, but organic acid content reduced. [ Conclusion ] The higher and bigger canopy of sweet cherry, the poor and lower lower physiological radiation intensity, photosynthesis accumulation and fruit quality. The study provided theoretical basis and reference for the trim of sweet cherry.
