摘要
[目的]比较重庆不同产地野生天麻与栽培天麻的质量。[方法]天麻经超声提取后以反相高效液相色谱法测定天麻素的含量。流动相为乙腈-浓度0.05%磷酸溶液(3∶97,V/V),色谱柱为DiamonsilC18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);检测波长为220 nm;流速为1ml/min,柱温为30℃。[结果]不同产地样品的天麻素含量存在较大差异;同产地的栽培天麻与野生天麻的天麻素含量也存在较大差异;野生天麻的天麻素含量普遍高于栽培天麻。其中以城口栽培的天麻药材和云阳野生药材中天麻素的含量较高;巫山栽培的天麻药材中天麻素的含量最低。[结论]重庆城口县野生和栽培天麻中天麻素的含量远远高于国家标准,因此在该地区建立符合国家GAP要求的天麻种植基地来满足市场的需求是完全可行的。
[ Objective ] To compare the quality of wild and cultivated Gastrodia elata from different regions of Chongqing. L Method J Gastrodine was extracted from G. clara with ultrasonic method and then determined by RP-HPLC with the aeetonitrile -0.05% phosphoric acid (3: 97, V/V) as mobile phase at 1.0 ml/min, Diamonsil C^s (4.6 mm × 250 mm,5μm) as the chromatography column,wavelength at 220 nm andcolumn temperature at 30℃. [ Result] The gastrodine contents were greatly different in the G. elata sample from different regions. The content of gastrodine in wild G. clara was generally higher than that in the cultivated. The highest content of gastrodine was found in the cultivated G. clara in Chengkou and the wild G. elata in Yunyang,while the lowest content was found in the cultivated G. clara in Wushan. [ Conclusion ] The content of gastrodine in both the wild and cultivated G. clara in Chengkou was far above the national standards,therefore it was feasible to build a G. elata planting base in Chengkou according to the national GAP requirements so as to satisfy the market needs.
