摘要
[目的]筛选木霉的培育条件,同时对木霉对农药的敏感性进行研究。[方法]以木霉TC、TY、NF9、PZ株系为材料,先在PDA培养基和玉米培养基中筛选出合适的培养基,再对瓶装培养中的透气条件和袋装培养中培养条件进行筛选,最后进行木霉与农药甲霜灵、百菌清、菌核净间的敏感性试验。[结果]PDA培养基更有利于3种木霉株系的产孢;瓶装培养中透气塑料纸密封能促进木霉产孢;袋装培养中木霉在温度24(±2)℃、光暗比9 h∶15 h或10 h∶14 h的条件下生长较为理想;木霉对甲霜灵的敏感浓度可达1 500 mg/L左右。[结论]为后续的抗性试验提供了数据支持。
[ Objective ] The aim was to sift the cultivation condition of Trichoderma and to study the sensitiveness of Trichoderma to some pesticides. [ Method]Taking Trichoderma TC, TY, NP9 and PZ strain as materials, appropriate culture medium was chosen from PDA and cornculture medium. The ventilation condition in bottle and cultivation condition was selected. In the end, tests of Sensitiveness of Triehoderma On pesticides such as Jiashuangling, Baijunqing and Junhejing were carried out. [ Result ] PDA was beneficial to Trichoderma producing spore, which was also emerging on bottled foster with ventilate plastic; and (24±2 ) ℃ ,9/15 h or 10/14 h would be the better condition for trichoderma developing in bags; and Trichoderma could be sensitive to metalaxyl at 1 500 mg/L. [ Conclusion] The test provided data support for the following test.
