摘要
目的:建立香芍助孕颗粒剂中芍药苷的HPLC定量方法。方法:采用Phenomenex luna C18色谱柱(250mm×4mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(14∶86)为流动相,检测波长230nm,流速:1.0mL.min-1。结果:芍药苷在0.09381～0.7504μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为为99.98%(RSD为1.62%,n=6)。结论:该方法简便可行,精密度高,重复性好,结果可靠,可用于香芍助孕颗粒剂的质量控制。
Objective ： To determine the Xiangshao Zhuyun granule of paeoniflorin by HPLC method. Methods ： To use the Phe nomenex luna ODS column（250mm X 4mm,5tm）, the mobile phaseas acetonitrilewater（14 ： 86）, the detection wavelength was 230nm, the flow rate was 1.0mL rain1. Results：The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0. 09381 0. 7504/g, r= 0. 9999. The aver age recovery rale was 99.98% ,RSD was 1.62%（n6）. CoNclusion：The method was simple and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Xiangshao Zhuyun Granule.
