摘要
以马铃薯克新1号与费乌瑞它为参试材料,采用盆栽试验,研究不同浓度Cd胁迫对马铃薯两个品种生长发育的影响。结果表明:当Cd处理浓度提高时,植株毒害程度加大,生长明显受到抑制。低浓度(10 mg/kg)Cd胁迫促进费乌瑞它植株的生长,而高浓度重金属Cd(50 mg/kg)胁迫对两个品种的生长均有抑制作用。轻度Cd(10mg/kg)与重度Cd(50 mg/kg)胁迫下,马铃薯单株产量及叶片、地上茎、块茎、根系干质量均显著下降。Cd对植株各器官毒害程度由高到低分别为根系>块茎>叶片>地上茎。克新1号抗Cd能力优于费乌瑞它。
Effects of cadmium on growth and development of two potato varieties, Kexin No. 1 and Favorite were studied by pot experiments. The results showed that : the toxicity of Cd was increased with the increment of Cd con- centration and the plant growth was significantly inhibited. The plant height of Favorite was promoted at Cd concen-tration of 10 mg/kg. However,the plant height of two varieties was inhibited at Cd concentration of 50 mg/kg. The yield per plant,leaf dry weight, stem dry weight, tuber dry weight, root dry weight were declined under Cd stress. For both varieties, Cd toxicity to different organs ordered : root 〉 tuber 〉 leaf 〉 stem. The resistance of Kexin No. 1 to Cdwas better than that of Favorite.
