摘要
目的探讨舒适护理模式在上消化道出血患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取110例上消化道出血患者,按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例;对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上依据患者情况实施舒适护理;观察两组患者平均止血时间、住院时间、有效率、治疗费用、患者对护理工作的满意度等指标。结果观察组平均止血时间、住院时间、治疗费用明显低于对照组,而临床治疗有效率及对护理工作满意度高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能够改善上消化道出血患者的临床治疗效果,提高护理质量,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application value of comfort care model in the care of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 110 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients were included researchers,according to the order of admission were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（n = 55 cases）.The control group was given normal care,the observation group in the general care of patients were given based on comfort care on the basis of the case.All clinical parameters are observed and analyzed including the average bleeding time,hospitalization time,efficiency,cost of treatment,patient care and job satisfaction,etc.Results Observation group,the average bleeding time,hospital stay,treatment costs were significantly lower than the control group and the clinical efficiency and higher satisfaction of care,the difference between groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Comfort care can improve the clinical treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding effect,improve the quality of care,worthy of promotion.
