摘要
目的探讨急性胃扩张患者的临床护理方法及价值。方法回顾性分析铜川市第二人民医院收治的7例急性胃扩张患者的临床资料、护理措施,总结对急性胃扩张的临床护理方法。结果 7例患者经持续胃肠减压、药物、静脉营养等综合治疗及系统护理均痊愈出院。结论急性胃扩张患者临床少见,积极持续有效地胃肠减压、密切监护患者病情、加强药物、静脉营养等系统护理措施可改善急性胃扩张的症状,达到满意的治疗效果。
Objective To explore the nursing care for patients with acute gastric dilatation.Methods Retrospective analyzed the clinical data and nursing methods of 7 patients with acute gastric dilatation from our hospital in October 1997-December 2008,summarized the nursing care of patients with acute gastric dilatation.Results 7 patients were cured by the comprehensive treatment,such as continuous decompression,drugs,and intravenous nutrition.Conclusion Acute gastric dilatation is not common in clinical.Implement the system nursing care,such as continuous decompression,close monitoring,drugs,and intravenous nutrition,can improve the symptoms of acute gastric dilatation and achieve the satisfactory therapeutic results.
