摘要
破裂是管材在液压成形中最易出现的一种缺陷,是从管材的局部颈缩开始的,对管材的成形性能影响巨大。介绍了国内外近年来研究液压成形过程中管材破裂的几种典型方法,即变量代入准则法、加载路径控制法以及成形极限图预测法,指出了各种研究方法的特点以及应用状况。探寻了研究管材破裂缺陷的几种新方法,如基于超声探伤模糊模式识别法和基于双目测量散斑的图像识别方法。
Bursting is one of the most easy appear defects in Hydro-forming. It begins from localized necking of the tube. It has a great influence on the tube formability. This paper introduces the typical research methods about the bursting defect in Hydro-forming in recent year, such as the method of using the variable into the criterion, the method of controlling the loading path and the method of forecasting by FLD. At the same time, the article points out the advantages and the applied situation of each method. And several new research method of bursting has been sought, such as the method of basing on the testing of ultrasonic fuzzy recognition and the method of basing on the binocular measurements speckle pattern recognition.
