摘要 目的 探讨 Fas受体配体系统在胶质瘤凋亡调变中的作用和意义 .方法 应用免疫组织化学技术对 34例胶质瘤中 Fas和 Fas L igand的表达及其意义进行了研究 .其中低恶性胶质瘤 1 8例 ,高恶性 1 6例 .结果 Fas在部分胶质瘤中有表达 ,其在高分化的 ~ 级胶质瘤的免疫反应阳性率明显低于 ~ 级胶质瘤 (P<0 .0 1 ) .Fas L 在各型胶质瘤中均有表达 ,其表达强度与胶质瘤的良、恶性程度无明显相关 (P>0 .0 5 ) .结论  Fas- Fas L 系统在胶质瘤凋亡调变的过程中可能起较重要的作用 ,Fas可辅助临床判断胶质瘤的良、恶性程度 . AIM To evaluate the role and significance of Fas and Fas Ligand in glioma. METHODS The expression of Fas and Fas Ligand was detected in 34 cases of gliomas by immunohistochemistry techniques. RESULTS No Fas and Fas Ligand protein expression was detected in the five cases of normal brain. Fas was expressed in 4 of the 18 cases of well differentiated gliomas and 14 of the 16 poor differentiated gliomas (overall positive rate 53%). The frequency of Fas expression appeared to be correlated with the malignancy grade of gliomas ( P <0.01). Fas Ligand was expressed in 30 of the 34 gliomas (positive rate 88%) and its immunointensity was not correlated with the grades of glioma ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION Fas FasL is involved in the modulation of apoptosis in human gliomas and Fas may be of value to distinguish different malignancies of gliomas in clinical practice.sion
