不同强度运动负荷测定老年人心脏功能能力研究 被引量:3

Research of Different Ways of Testing Exercise Load Capacity of the Cardiac Function of Elderly

摘要 为了比较不同运动负荷试验对测定老年人身体机能水平的差别,并获得老年人合理的运动负荷方式,对205名城市老年人(男60-70岁,女55-65岁)进行了功率车递增负荷试验和二次台阶试验,并对其中的13名老人进行了跑台递增负荷试验,旨在通过比较几种运动负荷试验,找到适用于老年人的简单易行、安全性和准确性较高的一种或几种方法。结果发现,除了功率车和跑台递增负荷试验可以直接测出心脏功能能力外,功率车、跑台和台阶的二次试验都可以用于推测心脏功能能力,但其预测最大心率的方法又有特异性,不可一概而论。 In order to compare different impact of exercise load tests on measuring the elderly physical functional level,and get rational exercise load mode of the elderly,205 urban senior citizens(male 60-70 years old,female 55-65 years) taken power car incremental load tests and two step test,and 13 of them taken the treadmill incremental load test for comparing several exercise load tests to find a simple,safe and accurate methods for the senior citizens.It found that in addition to power car and treadmill incremental load test which can be measured directly in F.C.,the second test of power car,treadmill and bench test can be used to predict the F.C,but its predicted maximum heart rate method has its specificity,and they may be treated as the same.
