摘要
以羧甲基纤维素 (CMC)为蛇 ,二乙烯三胺 (DETA)—甘油环氧树脂 (B— 6 2 )体系为笼 ,合成了一种新型弱酸弱碱型蛇笼树脂 ,并研究其在不同溶剂中的溶胀性能及对Cu2 + 、Pb2 + 、Ni2 + 、Zn2 + 的吸附量、吸附动力学、等温吸附过程等静态吸附性能。同时研究了 pH值等因素对吸附性能的影响 ,实验结果表明 ,该树脂在所有溶剂中只溶胀而不流失 ;其对Cu2 + 、Pb2 + 比对Zn2 + 、Ni2 + 具有更好的吸附性能 ,其吸附量可分别达到 1 39、1 35、0 71和 0 44mol/g树脂 。
By using carboxymethyl celluose as snake, and diethylenetriamine-glycerol epoxy resin as cage, a new type of weak acid and weak base amphoteric resin has been synthesized. The swelling properties in different solvents and static adsorption properties of this resin for Cu~ 2+ 、Pb^2+ 、Ni^2+ and Zn^2+ such as adsorption capacities, adsorption kinetics, adsorption isotherm etc. have been studied. The effects of pH value on the adsorption capacities have also been studied. The experimental results shows that this resin only swells and does not run off in all solvent, and it has better adsorption properties for Cu^2+ 、Pb^2+ than for Ni^2+ 、Zn^2+ . Their adsorption capacities are 1.39, 1.35, 0.71 and 0.44 mol/g resin respectively. This resin will widely be used in the sides of dealing with industrial sewage contained heavy metal ions and separating metal ions.
