有机絮凝剂对水中染料的絮凝作用探讨 被引量:21

摘要 本文在PAN-DCD对水中活性染料的絮凝脱色研究基础上.用IR分析以及平衡渗析实验探讨了PAN-DCD与多种染料的相互作用.实验结果表明:PAN-DCD的絮凝效果在酸性条件下显著.相互作用研究显示PAN-DCD侧链的氨基与活性染料的磷酸基发生键合作用.PAN-DCD与蒽醌型活性染料的结合存在特殊的温度依赖性,结合程度在25℃最大;PAN-DCD与活性染料分子间除了极性基团间相互作用外。 Based on the flocculation study of reactive dyes in water by PAN-DCD, the interaction mechanism of PAN-DCD with reactive dyes was explored. The results showed that, the efficiency of decoloration of dyes by PAN-DCD is better in acid condition. The reaction of amino in PAN-DCD side chain with sulfonic acid group in reaction dyes occurs. Moreover, there is peculiar temperature dependence of the binding of reactive dye KN-R by PAN-DCD and the binding extent reaches to maximum at 25 ℃. Besides the interaction of polar groups between PAN-DCD and reaction dyes, there is hydrophobic interaction between them.
