摘要
软土具有含水量高、孔隙比大、抗剪强度低、压缩系数高、渗透性差、沉降稳定时间长等不利工程的特点。在其上方建设前需进行地基处理,改善地基条件,来满足工程要求。结合昆明某单位在高填方上建造厂房时遇到的工程问题,对软土地基处理方案进行技术比选,达到较好效果。
The soft clay has properties of high water content, high void ratio, low shear strengm, mgn compression coefficient and low penetrability and high sensitivity, etc. Foundation treatment should be used before construction on the soft clay. Taken appropriate measures can improve the condition of foundation and meet the demand of project. Combining with the problem of a project on a high fill in Kunming, some ground treatment schemes are selected which acquires good effect.
