摘要
在借鉴国内外情报学研究生培养的成功经验和医学科研机构研究生培养现状的基础上,明确创新能力在医学科研机构情报学研究生培养目标中的地位,并从改革课程设置、改进教学方法、导师队伍建设、完善创新环境、提供实践平台和研究生自我教育方面提出改革医学科研机构培养情报学研究生创新能力的路径。
On the basis postgraduates, the place research institutions was of foreign and domestic experience and current situation of cultivating the innovative ability of information science defined, and the approaches to its reform were proposed in cultivating information science postgraduates in medical scientific from the aspects of reforming itscurriculum and teaching methods, strengthening construction of teachers, perfecting innovative environment, providing practice platform, and improving self-education of postgraduates.
