摘要
用AM/AMPS二元共聚物、有机铬交联剂及各种添加剂在高矿化度 (9.4× 10 5mg/L)油田注入水中配制成功耐温性好的胶态分散凝胶 ,供中原油田高温高盐油藏调驱用。通过一系列室内筛选实验 ,确定了成胶溶液的配方(以mg/L计 ) :共聚物 5 0 0 ;交联剂 90 ;延缓交联剂 2 0 0 ;两种稳定剂各 2 0 0 ;pH值 8。此配方成胶溶液在 90℃下成胶时间为 48小时 ,形成的胶态分散凝胶在 90℃长期高温老化过程中 ,90天内粘度基本不变 (2 40→ 2 35mPa·s) ,90天后粘度轻微下降 (12 0天时 2 0 5mPa·s,2 10天时 175mPa·s) 。
A chromium(Ⅲ) colloidal dispersion gel(CDG) is prepared from an AM/AMPS copolymer with [η]=12.6 dL/g(25℃,in 0.5 mol/L NaCl aqueous solution) and other ingredients in highly mineralized produced water (TDS=9.5×10 4 ppm and [Ca 2+ ]+[Mg 2+ ]=2 700 ppm) for EOR in hostile reservoirs. The optimal formulation of copolymer/Cr 3+ CDG obtained is as follows: copolymer 500 ppm; organic Cr 3+ crosslinker 90 ppm; retarder 200 ppm; two stabilizers 200+200 ppm; pH=8. The formulated gelling solution turns to CDG at 90℃ in 48 hrs and the CDG practically maintans its viscosity unchanged in 90 days(240→260→235 mPa·s) and slightly lowers down its viscosity in 120 days(205 mPa·s) and in 210 days(175 mPa·s)。
