新生儿羊水与气道吸出液板层小体计数比较

摘要 目的比较新生儿羊水与气道吸出液板层小体计数的检测结果。方法选取足月新生儿17例和早产儿16例,在分娩时留取羊水及气道吸出液检测板层小体计数,比较两种取材的检测结果。结果羊水及气道吸出液板层小体计数,早产组为(85.8±105.3)×10^9/L和(75.54-105.0)×10^9/L;足月儿组为(112.7±150.3)×10。几和(191.7±230.5)×10^9/L,差异均无统计学意义。结论新生儿羊水与气道吸出液板层小体计数结果基本一致,提示可提取气道吸出液代替羊水进行板层小体计数来评估早产儿的肺成熟度。
