摘要
为探讨外剥内扎术治疗混合痔的临床疗效，我们采用此方法治疗混合痔258例。结果显示，本组治愈248例，好转8例，无效2例，总有效率为99．2％（256／258）。术后肛管狭窄1例，创口出血1例，经二次手术治愈。随访6个月至3年，均无复发。结果表明，外剥内扎术治疗混合痔疗效满意。
The objective of this study was to investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of external dissection internal ligation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. The 258 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were subjected to the procedure. As results,among the 258 cases, 248 were cured,8 improved,2 was of non re sponse,thus total effective rate was 99.2%（256/258）;after operation one case suffer from anus stenosis, one case from wound bleeding, latter the two cases were cured through the secondary procedure;the follow up of 6-36 months did not find recurrence case. Results show that external dissection ＆. internal ligation can get satisfactory outcome in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.
