摘要
磷酸燃料电池(PAFC)既可用于大规模发电,也可作为医院或居民区供电、汽车动力以及不间断电源等,其中同时提供电和热水被认为是PAFC的最佳应用方式。PAFC由于其优良的性能而受到高度重视,发展非常迅速,开始步入商业化阶段。虽然相对于其它类型的燃料电池PAFC在技术上已经比较成熟,但仍然面临一些亟待解决的课题———须进一步提高电池比功率,延长使用寿命,降低制造成本等,而开发活性高、稳定性好的新的电极催化剂是解决上述问题的一项非常重要的措施。PAFC在我国还没有引起重视。文中报道了PAFC的发展现状、研究课题以及开发应用状况。鉴于其广阔应用前景。
PAFC is applicable for stationary power plants, hospitals, residential power sources and uninterrupted power sources (UPS). Its optimal application is providing both electricity and hot water at the same time. Due to its excellent performance, PAFC has entered into commercialization stage. Compared with other types of fuel cells, PAFC has been mature in technology. However, there are still some problems to be solved, such as to increase the power density of the cell, to extend its lifetime and to reduce the cost of manufacture. However, developing a new electrocatalyst with high activity and stability is the most important step to do with the problems. Due to its wide perspective of application, a development project of PAFC should be worked out in China as soon as possible.
