摘要
提出绿色医院高效运行的定义,即医院通过绩效管理和成本控制,使医院的医疗服务、人力资源、资产利用、后勤保障等运行效率持续提高,从而达到舒适便捷、低碳环保、高效安全的目标,以及对定义进行了阐述,并介绍了绿色医院高效运行的评价指标体系。
Efficient operation of a green hospital was defined as sustainable improvement of medical services,human resources,asset utilization,logistical support through performance management and cost control in the article.The goals included being comfortable,convenient,low-carbon,efficient and safe.Assessment index system of a green hospital was also introduced.
