摘要
目的总结外固定器治疗三踝骨折患者的中西医护理方法。方法 2007年6月～2010年12月,本科室对50例三踝骨折患者采用外固定器治疗,术后给予中西医结合的护理措施,观察患者的治疗效果。结果 50例患者共319针孔,其中愈合优212针孔,良83针孔,差24针孔,优良率为92.5%。结论外固定器治疗三踝骨折患者术后采用中西医结合的护理措施,可减少针孔感染的发生率,促进骨折愈合,提高患者的治疗效果。
Objective To summarize the integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing of the patients with trimalleolar fracture treated by external fixation. Method 50 patients with trimalleolar fracture treated by external fixation during June 2007 and December 2010 were managed by integrated Chinese and western medical nursing intervention, with the curative effects observed. Result Seven days after external fixation, 319 needle holes were observed in the 50 patients, 212 needle holes excellently healed, 83 well healed, 24 poorly healed, with a moderate excellence rate of 92.5%. Conclusion Integrated Chinese and western medical nursing used to care the patients with trimalleolar fracture treated by external fixation may reduce the infection rate of the needle holes, promote the bone healing and better the treatment cffet.
