摘要
目的探讨精神科管理流程改造对精神科护士职业发展的影响。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对103名精神科护士工作价值观、工作满意度和核心能力状况进行调研,比较管理流程改造前后精神科护士的核心能力,职业价值观及职业满意度的变化情况。结果流程改造前后精神科护士的核心能力、职业价值观、职业满意度均有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论精神科管理流程改造可引导护士树立正确的职业价值观,提升工作满意度,有助于提高护士的核心能力。
Objective To explore the effect of management process re-engineering for psychiatric department on the career development of nurses.Methods The work values,job satisfaction and core competencies of 103 nurses from psychiatric department were investigated by questionnaire.Results After management process re-engineering,the work values,job satisfaction and core competencies of nurses were significantly improved(P0.05).Conclusion The management process re-engineering for psychiatric department could guide the nurses to establish correct professional values,improve their job satisfaction and core competencies.
