摘要
目的探讨三步疗法治疗输卵管阻塞不孕的疗效。方法将246例输卵管阻塞患者随机分为X光监视下Cook导丝介入及三步疗法疏通输卵管两组进行疗效对比分析。结果两组复通率、受孕后异位妊娠发生率均有非常显著性差异。结论三步疗法治疗输卵管阻塞优于X光监视下Cook导丝介入术。
Objective To explore the three step treatment of tubal obstruction infertility treatment.Methods 246 cases of fallopian tube obstruction patients were randomly divided into X light under the surveillance of Cook guidewire intervention and three step therapy fallopian tube dredging two groups comparative efficacy analysis.Results The two groups of the repatency rate,incidence of ectopic pregnancy after conception and there were significant differences.Conclusion The three step therapy in the treatment of fallopian tube obstruction is superior to X light under the surveillance of Cook guidewire intervention.
