摘要
以 Triton X-1 0 0为乳化剂、正己醇为助乳化剂 ,得到以苯胺盐酸盐为水相、正己烷为分散介质的反向 (W/O)微乳液。进一步以过硫酸铵为氧化剂 ,合成了导电高分子材料聚苯胺的纳米粒子 ,对合成反应条件和产物的性能进行了初步的研究。结果表明 ,聚苯胺粒子的直径随 R(水相质量 /乳化剂质量 )提高而增加 ;盐酸掺杂聚苯胺的电导率随 R的提高及氧化剂过硫酸铵与苯胺的摩尔比的提高而降低。
The reverse(W/O) microemulsions in which aniline chloride is water phase and hexane is oil phase are prepared by use of Triton X 100 as emulsifier and hexanol as assistant emulsifier. In the microemulisions, conducting polyaniline nano particles are prepared by using ammonium persulfate as oxidant. The conditions of reaction and the products are investigated, too. The results show that the particle size increases with the raising of R (water mass/emulsifier mass), and the conductivity of polyaniline doped hydrochloride decrease with the raising of R and [ammonium persulfate]/[aniline].
