摘要
研究了 Ti(OC4H9) 4-MAPS体系中 Ti(OC4H9) 4、MAPS、C2 H5 OH、H2 O 4个原料组分对聚钛硅氧烷溶胶 -凝胶转变规律的影响。结果表明 ,增大水和 Ti(OC4H9) 4的用量或降低 MAPS和 C2 H5 OH的用量 ,易形成凝胶 ;反之 ,则易形成溶胶。根据大量实验数据 ,绘制了该体系 Ti(OC4H9) 4-C2 H5 OH-H2 O三维溶胶 -凝胶转变临界点网面图 ,并用计算机关联 ,得到了网面的数学表达式。
The effects of the raw materials in the Ti(OC 4H 9) 4 MAPS system, including Ti(OC 4H 9) 4, MAPS, C 2H 5OH, H 2O, on the rule of the change of the polytitanosiloxane sol gel have been investigated. The result shows that increasing the amount of the H 2O and Ti(OC 4H 9) 4, the gel is formed easily, on the contrary, the sol is formed easily. The three dimensional network diagram of the sol gel at critical from the Ti(OC 4H 9) 4 C 2H 5OH H 2O system is drawn by using a number of experimental data, the mathematic expression of the network is given by the graftool microsoft through inputing the data to the computer.
