融入电流品质因子的断路器瞬断检测理论

摘要 根据在实际过程中所遇到的问题,分析实际测试中电流品质对瞬断试验的影响,尝试着改进现有检测理论,通过数学的手段,在传统的抽样测试理论中引入了电流品质因子这一影响因素,并将这一因素造成的影响量化,将其体现到了断路器测试的合格率中,使得测试的合格率更加精确,从而获得更加客观的检测结果。 According to the problem existing in the practical process, analysis was made to the impact of current quality on instantaneous break in practical test. This paper tried to improve the existing detection theory. With a mathematical method, the influencing factor of current quality was introduced to the traditional sampling test theory and the influence caused by this factor was quantized, which was embodied in the up-to-standard rate of the circuit-breaker test to make the up-to-standard rate of test more accurate and the testing result would be more objective.
