摘要
目的探讨心脏介入术中并发症的发生原因及临床治疗对策。方法对2006年5月～2010年11月收治的76例心脏介入手术并发症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结并发症的发生原因及治疗方法。结果本组76例心脏介入术患者并发症包括出血血肿18例(23.7%)、动脉暂时性痉挛13例(17.1%)、血管内膜损伤9例(11.8%)、血栓形成或栓塞26例(34.2%)、假性动脉瘤3例(3.9%)、严重心律失常7例(9.3%)。及时发现后给予相应治疗,无死亡病例,均痊愈出院。结论心脏介入手术中并发症较为常见,针对发生原因给予相应预防可以降低并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the involvement of intraoperative complications of cardiac causes and clinical treatment strategies.Methods The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed of 76 patients with interventional cardiac complications in our hospital from May 2006~ November 2010,the causes of complications and treatment were summarized.Results In the 76 cases cardiac complications included hemorrhage in 18 cases（23.7%）,temporary arterial spasm in 13 cases（17.1%）,intimal injury in 9 cases（11.8%）,thrombosis or embolism（26 cases 34.2%）,pseudoaneurysm in 3 cases（3.9%）,severe arrhythmia in 7 patients（9.3%）.The complications were discovered in time to give appropriate treatment,and patients were discharged without deaths.Conclusion Cardiac complications are more common in intervention,and the prevention of causes can reduce the incidence of complications.
