摘要
以玉米皮为试验原料,借助高效液相色谱法(HPLC)所测定L-阿拉伯糖的含量为衡量指标,采用回归分析和L9(34)正交试验法,优选硫酸水解制备L-阿拉伯糖的最佳工艺条件:硫酸浓度5%,水解时间3 h,水解温度100℃,硫酸用量为玉米皮粉末干重的12倍,L-阿拉伯糖水解得率的理论值为11.68%。
Using the orthogonal test design, the optimum parameters of extracting L-arabinose from corn hulls were optimized. The content of L-arabinose was determined by HPLC in order to investigate the extracting processing. The effect extent of the main factors were that:concentration of hydrolyze temperature 〉 solid-liquid ratio 〉 hydrolyze time 〉 sulfuric acid. The optimum extracting processing was determined with 12 times of 5% sulfuric acid for 3 h after boiling water hydrolyzation. The conclusion was that: this extracting processing could reach the extraction rate of L-arabinose 11.68 %.
