摘要
目的建立电感耦合高频等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定蒙药角茴香中Al,As,B,Ba,Cd,Co,Cu,Fe,Hg,In,Mn,Pb,Sr,Zn等14种微量元素含量的测定方法。方法采用微波消解法前处理样品,电感耦合高频等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定蒙药角茴香中14种微量元素含量。结果该方法检出限为0.0002~0.006μg.ml-1,各元素加标回收率在95.6%~109.26%之间,RSD小于4.46%。结论该方法可快速、灵敏、准确测定蒙药角茴香中多种微量元素含量。
Objective To analyze the contents of many trace elements in the samples of Mongolian medicinal Plants of Hypecoum erectum L.by microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES). Methods A mixture of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide was used for microwave digestion of samples. Results The result showed that the method exhibited a spike recovery range of 95.6% to 109.2%,with RSDs of less than 4.46%. Conclusion Under optimal experimental conditions,a simultaneous determination of various trace elements can be obtained without any interference among them.The findings will provide useful evidences for furthur exploration and utilization of mongolian medicinal Plants of Hypecoum erectum L.
