摘要
脂肪族减水剂与氨基磺酸减水剂复配,随着含泥量的增加,水泥净浆流动度逐渐减小,随着泥浆解析剂掺量的增加,水泥净浆流动度逐渐降低,保塑性先增加后降低,当脂肪族减水剂与氨基的复配合比例为90∶10时,泥浆解析剂掺量为5%时,减水效果和保塑性最好,此时含泥量为0、6、12、18 g的流动度分别为260、230、200、180mm,30min后的流动度分别为220、190、170、100 mm。脂肪族减水剂与萘系减水剂复配,随着含泥量的增加,水泥净浆流动度逐渐减小,随着泥浆解析剂掺量的增加,水泥净浆流动度逐渐降低,保塑性逐渐降低。
By the experiment of aliphatic water reducer and sulphamate system,it proved that the proportion of aliphatic water reducer increased, the cement paste got better, when the proportion of aliphatic water reducer and sulphamate system is 90:10,the proportionof resolver set of mud is 0, the water-reducing effect and plastic property is best, the moment, assay of mud is 0,6,12,18 g,its flow properties are 260,230, 200,180 mm,and the flow properties after 30 minutes are 220,190~ 170~ 100 mm in turn.By the experiment of aliphatic water reducer and naphthaline system,it proved that the proportion of aliphatic water reducer increased, the cement paste ~ot better.
