摘要 介绍了一套用于测量极化波导电光效应的Mach-Zehnder干涉系統,论述了它的结构和测试原理,并利用它对玻璃条形波导电光系数和调制频率之间的关系进行了测量。 At present, Mach-Zehnder interferometer is the most effective method in measuring the channnel waveguide electro-optic effect. This paper presents a set of Mach-Zehnder interference system, which was utilized to measure the induced linear electro-optic effect. Its structure and measuring principle are introduced in detail. At the same time, the relationship was measured between electro-optic coefficient and the modulation frequency.
