摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜器械清洗、灭菌的理想方法。方法按照随机的原则将临床使用过的腹腔镜手术器械分组比较清洗、灭菌的效果。结果采用完整的流程清洗腹腔镜手术器械合格率最高;采用固定模式对器械灭菌对器械损伤较小、快速、价格适宜、环保等。结论采用完整流程清洗和使用固定模式对器械的灭菌效果更好,更能有效地保证为临床服务等优点,尤其适合于腹腔镜手术连台使用的情况。
