摘要
500kV海底电缆建设工程规范化管理实践,通过在工程建设中实施:程序化管理、格式化管理、建立信息采集及沟通机制。有效地实现了工程控制和与外方工程管理互融,促进了科研成果转化和工程创新管理方法的应用,推进了工程规范化管理的进程。对于后续涉外输变电工程项目管理,具有借鉴和参考意义。
The project standardized management practice in the constructing of 500kV Submarine Cable Project has built up information-collecting and communication channel by implementing procedure and formatted management system.This practice effectively interacted and combined with the management method that foreign company adopted in the project,at the same time to promote the conversion of scientific research achievement and the application of innovative management method in projects.It accelerates the progress in project standardized management system and it has reference significance to the management of other international power transmission projects in future.
