摘要
论文在对上海四所高等学校的科研管理人员、高校教师和学者进行调查访谈,及深入到科研系所和实验室观察调研的基础上,对科研资助日益重要这一现象进行了学理性的分析。并揭示科研资助日益重要的原因,分析现象背后所反映的学术系统内部规则转变。同时借助制度民族志的研究方法,剖析这种转变所带来的高等教育和学术研究的社会关系重组,深入挖掘科研资助重要性给高等教育和学术研究带来的潜在影响。
A financial aid for scientific research is becoming more and more important. This paper presents an academic analysis of such a tendency based on interviews to teachers, scholars and research management staff in four universities of Shanghai, and an intensive investigation into research institutes and laboratories. It also reveals the cause of growing importance of financial aids for scientific researches, and analyses internal rule changes of the academic community behind this phenomenon. In the meantime, by using the method of institu- tional ethnography, it examines social relations of higher education and university research, shows the way they are being reorganized, and exposes the importance of financial aids for scientific researches and its potential impact.
