摘要
提出了基于ARM单片机的直流电机调速系统的设计方法。从硬件和软件2个方面进行了系统的设计。硬件电路以LPC2131单片机为核心,设计了LPC2131最小系统、电机驱动电路、转速测量电路、显示电路、键盘电路等。软件部分采用模块化的设计思想,采用PWM调速的方法,通过软件的编程,最终实现了对电机的启动、停止、正转、反转的控制,并且实现了直流电机的速度控制,同时在液晶上显示电机的相关参数。
The design method of DC motor speed control system based on ARM is proposed. From hardware and software aspects, the system is designed. In hardware part, LPC2131 microcontroller works as core, the smallest system based on LPC2131, motor drive circuit, the measurement circuit of rotation speed, the display circuit, keyboard circuit are all designed. In software part, modular design thought is adopted, PWM speed method is used, through software programming, finally control of DC motor including start, stop, forward and reversal rotation is realized. And, the DC motor speed control is achieved, related parameters of motor are showed in liquid crystal display at same time.
