摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学法在《中医妇科学》临床教学中的应用。方法:将选修2010年《中医妇科学》的临床见习生随机分为实验组(42人)和对照组(44人),均采用相同的教学内容。实验组采用PBL教学法为主、传统教学法为辅,对照组采用传统LBL教学法。通过课堂问卷调查和理论考核的形式评价教学效果。结果:问卷调查显示,实验组学生和授课教师的满意度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组期末考核总分无显著性差异(P>0.05),但实验组病案分析得分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法引入《中医妇科学》临床教学有助于提升学生临床逻辑思维能力、分析解决问题能力,提高教学效果。
Objective: To explore the application of problem-based learning(PBL) in Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical teaching.Methods: Eighty-six students learning the Subject in 2010 were randomized into experimental group and control group,and were given the same teaching content.However,the experimental group was taught by PBL method and control group was taught by LBL method.Questionnaire survey and final exam were conducted to evaluate the teaching results.Results: Questionnaire survey showed that both teachers and students were more satisfied in experimental group than in control group(P0.05);final exam showed that the total scores were similar between the two groups(P0.05),but the score for medical record analysis was higher in experimental group than in control group(P0.05).Conclusion: PBL method in Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine can increase students' thinking ability and problem-solving ability to enhance teaching results.
