摘要
MMP-9是一种含锌的蛋白水解酶,主要参与炎症反应和组织重建。转化生长因子(TGF-β1)可促进气道平滑肌细胞增殖、迁移,成纤维细胞及向肌成纤维细胞转化,并具有促进细胞外基质合成、抑制其降解的作用。MMP-9和TGF-β1是细胞外基质合成和降解的重要调节因子,共同参与了慢性阻塞性肺疾病的气道重塑。目前MMP-9、TGF-β1的研究日趋受到人们的重视,本文就MMP-9、TGF-β1与慢性阻塞性肺疾病关系的研究情况作一综述。
The metalloproteinase 9(MMPs) is a kind of zine-containing proteolytic enzymes,mainly involved in inflammaition and tissue remodeling,It can promote increasing and migrating airway smooth muscle cells,transformating fibroblasts and myofibrblats,promoting the extracellular matrix synthesis,and Inhibiting the degradation effect.MMP-9 and TGF-β1 are important regulatory factors of extracellular matrix synthesis and degradation.They participate in airway remodeling in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Currently,the research of MMP-9 and TGF-β1 more and attention have been paid.The paper reviewed the relationship between MMP-9,TGF-β1 and with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
