摘要
采用正交试验设计的方法,研究不同基质配比与生根促进剂组合对黄金榕扦插繁殖愈伤组织大小和生根率的影响。结果表明,IBA对插穗愈伤组织大小的影响显著,其中基质为红心土20%+珍珠岩80%和生根促进剂(ABT1#)3g.L-1+IBA3g.L-1,其根部的愈伤组织面积将>4.09%。基质配比与ABT1#对扦插生根率的影响极显著,其中红心土20%+珍珠岩80%和生根促进剂(ABT1#)2g.L-1+IBA3g.L-1,其扦插生根率>89.7%。
In this paper,the effects of different substrate composition and root-inducing on the area of callus and the root rate for Ficus microcarpa were studied by the design of orthogonal test.The result show,IBA has significant effect in the effects of the area of callus,which the optimum mixture is composed of 20% red heart soil and 80% perlite and 3g.L-1ABT1# and 3g.L-1 IBA,with the mixture,the cutting rooting rate reached more than 4.09%.There were very significant difference in the effects of substrate composition and root-inducing,which the optimum mixture is composed of 20% red heart soil and 80% perlite and 2g.L-1ABT1# and 3g.L-1 IBA,with the mixture,the cutting rooting rate reached more than 89.7%.
