摘要
目的探讨vimentin、Ki-67在透明细胞性肾细胞癌(clear cell renal cell carcinoma,CCRCC)组织中的表达及其与肿瘤微血管密度(Microvessel density,MVD)计数的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测68例CCRCC和40例正常肾脏石蜡包埋组织中vimentin、Ki-67的表达和MVD计数。结果 CCRCC中vimentin阳性表达率为76.47%,Ki-67阳性表达率为89.71%,MVD计数为52.00±19.03;正常肾组织中小管上皮细胞Vimentin阳性表达率为10.00%,Ki-67阳性表达率为0,MVD计数为6.47±2.28。两组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且CCRCC病理分期及组织学分级越高,其vimentin、Ki-67的阳性表达率越高,MVD计数也越高。CCRCC中vimentin和Ki-67的阳性表达率与MVD计数呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 vimentin、Ki-67和MVD在CCRCC的发生发展中具有协同作用,联合检测有助于判断其生物学行为和预后。
Objective To study the expression of vimentin and Ki-67 in clear cell renal cell carcinoma tissue and its correlation with MVD counts.Methods The expression of vimentin and Ki-67 was detected with immunohistochemical SP method and the MVD was estimated in parafin-embeded tissue from 68 cases of CCRCC and 40 cases of normal renal.Results In CCRCC tissue,the positive rate of vimentin expression and Ki-67 expression was 76.47% and 89.71%,and the MVD count was 52.00±19.03.In normal renal tissue,the positive rate of vimentin expression and Ki-67 expression was 10.00% and 0%,and the MVD count was 6.47±2.28.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Up-regulation of vimentin and Ki-67 expression and the MVD count in CCRCC associated with progressive pathology stage and high pathological grade.The positive rate of vimentin and Ki-67 expression was positively correlated with the MVD count（P〈0.01）.Conclusion vimentin,Ki-67 and MVD play important roles in the development of CCRCC,and the detection of these three indices is useful for the evaluation of the biological behavior and prognosis of CCRCC.
