摘要
用一般方法制备了热固性酚醛树脂(PF)/ 氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM) 共混物。测定了共混物制涂膜的物理机械性能、浇铸体的冲击性和耐蚀性。通过扫描电镜分析了共混物浇铸体断面的形态。实验结果表明,共混物形成了IPN 结构。共混物的耐氧化性优于热固酚醛树脂,并改善了酚醛树脂的吸水性和脆性。
s Phenol formaldehyde resin/chlorosulfonated polyethylene (PF/CSM) blend was prepared by means of general method. The mechanical properties of the prepared blend coating film and the impact strength and corrosion resistance of the blend casting sample were tested. The fracture of the blend cast was studied by means of SEM. The results showed interpenetrating network (IPN) formed on the prepared blend, and the brittle property and corrosion resistance of the blend were improved.
