摘要
人工湿地作为一种经济高效的污水生态处理工艺,可通过植物、微生物、基质三者的协同作用实现污染物的去除。而微生物作为湿地生态系统的重要组成部分,又是污染物去除的积极分解者,发挥了不可忽视的关键作用,其数量、丰度、多样性及群落结构等均直接影响污水净化效果。本文介绍了湿地生态系统在微生物种群结构、污染物降解机制等方面的国内外研究进展,并针对PCR-DGGE新型分子技术在湿地微生物领域的应用成果进行了探讨,以为湿地生态系统的微生物作用及新型分子技术在其中的应用提供理论支撑和技术支持。
As an economical and efficient wastewater treatment,constructed wetland removes contaminants with the synergic effect of plant,microorganism and substrate.Microbe is not only a critical part of ecosystem,but also a decomposer of pollutants.Hence,its population,abundance,diversity and community structure contribute a lot to the sewage purification.For further study of microbial action in wetland and the application of molecular technology,this paper reviews the recent research perspectives on microbial communities in wetland ecosystem and the mechanism of contamination biodegradation,and introduces the application of the novel molecular technology(such as PCR-DGGE) to wetland's microbial research.
