摘要
为深入研究纤维束内部纤维的真实排列状态,通过连续截面剖切实验,采用CCD纤维摄像仪获取了高性能纤维束样本的一系列截面图像,利用样条曲线重构出纤维束内部纤维空间走向的三维实体图,真实地再现了纤维束内部每根纤维在空间的路径、偏转以及纤维间的接触状态,将高性能纤维束的微细观结构研究初步推进到了纤维尺度。
A study on the microstructure of high performance fiber bundle by serial sectioning method to investigate the precise mi- crostructure of high performance fiber bundle was presented. A series of cross-section images vertical to the bundle direction were cap- tured and polished enough to take digital photographs by the Charge-Coupled Device (CCD) microscope. The 3D microstructure of a fi- ber bundle Sample was reconstructed by using Bezier spline on the base of series section images experiments. Useful information at the scale of individual fibers such as the fiber path, fiber misalignment and contact between adjacent fibers were obtained and should help to understand the microstructure of continuous fiber bundle.
