金属纤维嵌织纺织品的防微波性能

摘要 为了研究防微波织物中金属纤维的嵌织方式对其防微波性能的影响规律,设计并织造了嵌织不锈钢长丝织物和嵌织不锈钢短纤织物,测试其防微波性能.实验得出嵌织不锈钢长丝织物屏蔽效率的最大值和达到最大屏蔽效率时所对应的纬纱密度均大于嵌织不锈钢短纤织物;只有在经、纬向都加入金属纤维才能达到屏蔽微波辐射的效果. In order to study and develop the law of anti-microurove performance of the metal fiber embedded in woven textiles, the embedded woven stainless steel filament and embedded woven stainless steel sbort-staple are designed and weaved, and the anti-microwave performance is tested. The test results show that the maximum shielding efficiency and the correspording weft density of the embedded woven stainless steel filament are both greater than embedded woven stainless steel short-staple. The effect of anti-microwave radiation is achieved only as the metal fiber both in the warp sense and weft sense.
