摘要
目的观察康复教育在脑卒中后上肢运动功能康复中的效果。方法 40例脑卒中患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组(n=20)给予常规康复治疗结合康复教育,对照组(n=20)只进行常规康复治疗。所有病例在治疗前和治疗后均用改良Ashworth量表(MAS)、Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)、Barthel指数(BI)进行评定。结果两组患者治疗后FMA和BI评分明显改善(P<0.01),MAS评分治疗组明显改善(P<0.01),对照组无显著性差异;治疗组治疗后MAS、FMA和BI评分较对照组改善更明显(P<0.01)。结论康复教育在脑卒中后运动功能康复中发挥重要作用。
Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation education on upper-limb motor function in stroke patients.Methods 40 stroke patients were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.The treatment group(n=20) accepted rehabilitation and rehabilitation education,and control group(n=20) accepted rehabilitation only.They were assessed with Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS),Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) of upper-limb and Barthel Index(BI) before and after treatment.Results The scores of FMA and BI improved in both groups after treatment(P0.01),but the score of MAS improved only in the treatment group(P0.01).The scores of FMA,BI and MAS improved more in the treatment group than in the control group(P0.01).Conclusion Rehabilitation education plays an important role in motor function rehabilitation after stroke.
