摘要
生长调节剂在蔬菜生产中的应用非常广泛,其对蔬菜产品质量安全的影响一直受到广泛地关注,而且其残留量也是在蔬菜出口过程中的重要检测指标。本文综述生长调节剂的分类和生理作用,对蔬菜中常用的8种生长调节剂:氯吡脲、2,4-D、赤霉素、乙烯利、矮壮素、丁酰肼、多效唑、防落素的残留量检测方法进行归纳综述。
The application of growth regulators in vegetable production is very extensive,and its impact on the quality and safety of vegetable products has been widespread concern,and the residue is also important indexes in the vegetable export process.This article reviews the classification and physiological role of growth regulators,eight growth regulators used in the vegetables: Forchlorfenuron,2,4-D,GA,ethephon,CCC,daminozide,paclobutrazol,4-chlorophnoxy-acetic acid residues and the analytical methods in this Ssummary.
