摘要
病案质量管理是医院管理的难点之一,也是容易引发医疗纠纷的结症。某院在提高病案质量管理方面进行了切实可行的尝试。首先,加强了医院领导的管理力度,由主要院领导分管病案质量;在此基础上,针对病案书写质量问题进行调研。针对医院存在的病案质量监控人员少、管理制度不完善、管理理念落后等问题提出整改意见及有效措施。采取完善病案质量管理监控体系、对病案质量实施全程监控、灵活运用奖惩办法、加强法律意识教育等手段,有效地促进了医院医疗质量的提高,减少了医疗纠纷的发生。
Quality management of medical record is one of difficult problems in hospital management, which easily causes medical tangle. In im- proving quality management of medical records, the hospital has practicable try. First, it strengthens management intensity of hospital leader. Major President is in charge of quality of medical :records; at the basis of that, it has a research on writing quality of medical records, This paper puts forward reform advice and effective countermeasure.,~ aiming at lack of personnel for medical record quality control, imperfect management system and backward management ideology.
