摘要
以硝酸银为反应物,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为分散剂,用紫外光辐照法制备纳米银,研究了反应条件对纳米银粒径的影响。实验结果表明,当辐照时间为2.5h,硝酸银和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮比例为1∶1,反应温度为40℃时,可以制备得到粒径为80nm且分散性良好的纳米银。
Used silver nitrate as reagent,N,N-dimethylformamide as solvent,polyvinyl pyrrolidon as dispersant,nanometer silver particles were prepared by ultraviolet irradiation,and the effect of reaction conditions on size of nanometer silver particles were discussed.Experimental results indicated that nanometer silver particles with size of 80nm and good dispersibility were prepared as irradiation time was 2.5h,ratio of silver nitrate and polyvinyl pyrrolidon was 1∶1,reactive temperature was 40℃.
